Kundalini Yoga sound support

4:30-5:45pm, $15 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome
A Kundalini yoga class taught by Sukhmandir Singh Khalsa. I play a variety of metal Himalayan bowls throughout the class to support the participants meditative experience and collaborate with Sukhmandir as he plays gong for a restorative sound experience at the end.
Healing Soundscapes

6:00-7:00pm, $15 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome
An immersive, healing sound experience. Fellow sound healer Kathleen Lawrence and I collaborate on creating soothing soundscapes using a variety of sounds and instruments. Every week we have a different theme. Participants are welcome to use a chair or make themselves comfortable on the floor (the recommended option), so bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever else you want to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
