Wednesdays-
Weekly Online Tune-Up
Zoom meeting, 6pm-7pm (Pacific), donations appreciated, drop-ins welcome
A casual, cozy, community online sound bath where we can check in with each other and give our nervous systems a little break in the middle of our week. It’s donation based, and as much or as little as you want to send my way is very gratefully appreciated, and if you can’t spare anything please come anyway!

Kundalini Yoga sound support
Center for Spiritual Awakening, 522 Pacific Ave, Pacific Grove
4:30-5:45pm, $15 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome
A Kundalini yoga class taught by Sukhmandir Singh Khalsa. I play a variety of metal Himalayan bowls throughout the class to support the participants meditative experience and collaborate with Sukhmandir as he plays gong for a restorative sound experience at the end.
Immersive Soundbath
Center for Spiritual Awakening, 522 Pacific Ave, Pacific Grove
6:00-7:00pm, $15 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome
An immersive, healing sound experience using my Himalayan bowls, drum, and vocal toning, led by myself, with the occasional guest appearance. Participants are welcome to use a chair or make themselves comfortable on the floor (the recommended option), so bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever else you want to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
