• Kundalini Yoga sound support

  A Kundalini yoga class taught by Sukhmandir Singh Khalsa. I play a variety of metal Himalayan bowls throughout the class to support the participants meditative experience and collaborate with Sukhmandir as he plays gong for a restorative sound experience at the end.

• Healing Soundscapes

  6:00-7:00pm, $15 suggested donation, drop-ins welcome

  An immersive, healing sound experience. Fellow sound healer Kathleen Lawrence and I collaborate on creating soothing soundscapes using a variety of sounds and instruments. Every week we have a different theme. Participants are welcome to use a chair or make themselves comfortable on the floor (the recommended option), so bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever else you want to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

  6:00-7:00pm, $25 limited tickets available

  Join two certified sound healers, Kiana Siino and Kathleen Lawrence, in a soothing, restorative soundscape designed to relax your nervous system and bring peace to your busy mind. We begin with a guided meditation, which leads into our sound experience, where we combine a variety of sound healing instruments such as metal Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, drum, and chimes with a background of natural sounds inspired by our changing monthly themes. Put away your cares for an hour and leave feeling revitalized by our specially curated sound meditations.

  Chairs and blankets are available for this seated experience (we don't have room for yoga mats).

Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, crystal harp, Himalayan bowls, giant 50" Universal Heart gong, and planetary gongs, create an inner vibration of self-love, and let those vibes ripple out to your sweetheart, loved ones, community, and beyond!
