A two-hour session is a deeply personalized treatment, with a detailed intake form that goes into your mental and physical health history, so that I can be as precise as possible with my treatment plan, whether you’re coming to me for physical, mental, or emotional relief. We’ll discuss the issue you’re trying to shift and will weave together a session combining sound meditation, sound massage, and red light therapy*.
These sessions are for deeper healing work and it’s highly suggested that you start with a 4 session Healing Journey, as both sound and light are cumulative practices and you will achieve much better results with a series of sessions.
Available either in the comfort of your own home, or a peaceful local studio.
*Light therapy not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, or undergoing treatments for cancer, thrombosis, or embolism. Please let me know if any of these apply and we’ll stick to sound treatments.
