An hour long session in a cozy, soothing studio space. Includes time for assessment and discussion at the beginning. These sessions are great for a little treat, either for yourself, as a gift, or if you want an occasional top up after doing deeper work together. They can include a combination of sound bath, sound massage, and red light therapy*.
