This is designed to be a deeply personalized session, with a detailed intake form that goes into your mental and physical health history (as much or as little as you’re comfortable with), so that I can be as precise as possible with my sound treatment, whether you’re coming to me for physical, mental, or emotional relief. It makes a wonder gift for someone in your life who could use a little extra support, whether they’ve been very busy and could simply use a nice rest, or if they have something more serious happening, such as recovering from a surgery, or an upheaval in their life.
Although an online experience is slightly different than in-person, it’s similarly effective, particularly if you use headphones. As an added bonus I also record your session and send you the link afterwards!
